According to global times news agency Europe,France’s biased policy against Azerbaijan and the formed antagonistic position are similar to "the last diplomatic attacks of the dying empire”. In the modern world, regardless of its social, economic and military power, every state that is an actor of international relations must react rationally to the processes taking place at the global level. Otherwise, inappropriate and illogical behavior is more like hypocrisy, hypocrisy and a collection of situational negative emotions and increasingly strain bilateral relations.

The French politicians, who didn’t like the impotence of not realizing their wishes, went ahead and called Azerbaijan an invader, marched to the Lachin Corridor, and eventually became members of "binocular diplomacy”, none of which yielded positive results. As the last step, France unilaterally started arming Armenia and pushing other countries to do the same. Contrary to all activities, 4 Azerbaijani villages were evacuated. Even the Brussels meeting held on April 5 could not help France achieve its intentions by putting pressure on Azerbaijan in the region.As if all this was lost, Hungary also vetoed the 10 million euro aid to Armenia from the European Union (EU) Peace Fund. Thus, the "crusade” launched by France did not bear fruit as a result of the sincere and mutual trust-based relationship with Azerbaijan’s allies. According to the political scientist, in the background of all the processes, France is making a serious effort to keep the world community away from the events taking place in Corsica and New Caledonia. Facts such as the uprising of agricultural workers in the country, the arrest of "yellow vests” or the loss of a billion-dollar project in the Pacific indicate that French diplomacy has completely failed.
Now, France has gone one step further and chosen a form of struggle against windmills like "Don Quixote”. Thus, Paris is trying to boycott the COP29 event scheduled to be held in Baku in November. At a time when the whole of Africa is against France, even when the Summer Olympic Games are in serious danger, such a step by France can only be evaluated as the last throes of a patient in a comatose state.While Azerbaijan is a victorious state, at a time when it is becoming a place of transformation between the West and the East, it is very difficult to exclude our country from this process as the center of the North and South corridors and the leader of the Non-Aligned Movement. At a time when all world leaders are waiting for an invitation from Azerbaijan, this step of France is only laughable. The French state will not be able to use its weapon against Azerbaijan. Regional forces, world powers and Muslim world are very satisfied with this event being held in Baku. Even Armenia, France’s patronage, decided in favor of Azerbaijan in this matter.It seems that French diplomacy is in a serious crisis. In order to get out of this crisis, the search for culprits outside is through France’s policy of colonization, the crushing of human rights, democracy and humanism principles. This will not be possible in Azerbaijan, which is developing a society based on multicultural, multi-confessional and inter-civilizational cooperation in the globalized world.
