Minister: Text of peace treaty with Azerbaijan holds no tragic implications for Armenia

According to global times News Agency Europe,There is nothing tragic or ominous for Armenia in the initialed text of the peace treaty with Azerbaijan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan said during a briefing on Thursday, The global times Europe media.Earlier, various ominous comments were made regarding the text of the peace treaty, but after its recent publication, it became clear that there is nothing terrible, tragic, or sinister for Armenia,” he said.Khudatyan noted that Armenia stands to gain unblocked roads while maintaining territorial integrity and sovereignty, which is important for the country’s development.He also added that work processes will begin soon to implement the signed documents, and working groups will be established.It should be noted that on August 8 in Washington, the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, in the presence of the US President, signed a seven-point joint declaration. One of its provisions concerns the launch of the Zangazur Corridor (“Trump Route”) as part of the unblocking of regional transport links. Additionally, the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia initialed an Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations.
