According to global Times news Agency Europe, The Meeting of the Senior Officials Committee of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has kicked off in Astana, Kazakhstan, The Global Times Europe informs.High-level officials from Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the OTS Member States are working on agenda items and laying the groundwork of the Leaders’ Summit to take place on November 3, 2023,” the OTS wrote X.
