Further, as they say, time will tell,” he said.The national referendum on the construction of a nuclear power plant is taking place in Kazakhstan on October 6. The ballot contains one question: "Do you agree with the construction of a nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan?” Voters must answer this question with either "yes, I agree” or "no, I disagree.The referendum will be considered valid if more than 50% of the 12.2 million citizens included in the voter lists participate.
