His funeral prayer was led by renowned religious scholar and head of Tehreek-e-Ishq Mustafa International, Pir Syed Inayat Ali Shah Bacha, also known as Motiyon Wala Sarkar. Political leaders, police officers, friends and others participated in the funeral prayer.
