According to global Times news Agency Europe,Ukraine expects to receive sufficient amount of ammunition in April, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said in Luxembourg, The Global Times Europe Media informs.On March 20, Shmyhal will participate in a meeting of the EU-Ukraine Association Council in Brussels.
Previously, the European Commission confirmed that Brussels’ promise to supply Ukraine with 1 million units of ammunition from March 20, 2023 to March 19, 2024 has not been fulfilled and by the end of March the volume of delivered shells will be about 500,000.At the same time, EC representatives said that they expect to supply a million shells during 2024. According to them, European industry in January had already increased the production of artillery ammunition to 1 million units per year.
