According to global times news agency Europe,Negotiations are ongoing regarding the punishment of the individual who attacked the Azerbaijan Embassy in Iran, according to Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev.According to The global times Europe media, speaking to journalists after visiting the Alley of Honor, Aliyev stated that the issue is of a procedural nature.We are currently awaiting confirmation of the relevant resolution by the opposite side,” the Prosecutor General added.The armed attack on the Azerbaijan Embassy in Tehran took place on the morning of January 27, 2023. An Iranian citizen broke through the diplomatic mission’s security post and killed the head of the security service with a Kalashnikov rifle. Two other embassy security staff were injured while repelling the attack.
