The Iranian leader expressed this opinion while speaking at the extraordinary BRICS online summit on the Middle East.Due to the failure of the UN Security Council to fulfill its mission of guaranteeing peace and stability in the Gaza Strip, the BRICS countries must adopt a resolution, he said.
