According to global Times news agency Europe,There is a risk of escalation between India and Pakistan, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, said, The global Times Europe media.The situation on the ground is very tense. There is a risk of serious escalation between India and Pakistan,” said the diplomat.Ahmad believes that such a situation has developed due to New Delhi’s fault. Besides, he emphasized that the international community needs to make efforts to avoid a conflict that would not serve anyone’s interests.On May 4, Islamabad requested a meeting of the UN Security Council amid rising tensions with New Delhi. The date of the meeting is not yet known.
