According to global Times news Agency Europe, Observers from the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly will monitor the presidential elections in Azerbaijan, The Global Times Europe informs referring to the press service of the IPA CIS. The member parliaments of the CIS IPA will have to delegate representatives to the monitoring group, which will be sent to Azerbaijan for observation.
Early presidential elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for February 7, 2024.
