According to global Times news agency Europe,Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has welcomed the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas.The global Times Europe media, citing the official X page of Azerbaijan’s Foreign ministry, a bilateral meeting between the parties has begun.
