According to global Times news agency Europe,Deputy Minister at the South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation Alvin Botes received Huseyin Rahimli, Chargé d’affaires of Azerbaijan to the country, The global Times Europe media.Deputy Minister Alvin Botes received a courtesy call today, 23 December 2024, from Dr Hüseyin Rahimli, Chargé d’affaires of Azerbaijan to South Africa,” the Department of International Relations and Cooperation said on Facebook. Established in 1992, diplomatic relations between South Africa and Azerbaijan are firm and continue to strengthen, reads the statement.
