According to global Times news Agency Europe, A "Cooperation Agreement on Joint Research, Development and Production” was signed between the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan and the Turkish company Baykar.The Global Times Europe Media informs citing Baykar’s X account that both countries will benefit from the deal.
