According to global Times news Agency Europe, The Turkish Foreign Ministry expressed confidence that over time, suitable conditions for a diplomatic settlement will arise in the conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, The Global Times Europe Media informs.The war in Ukraine has been going on for two years, the destructive impact on Ukraine is growing, and its negative consequences at the regional and global levels are worsening. We believe that over time, conditions will emerge that will allow us to resume the diplomatic process,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on the second anniversary of the war between Russia and Ukraine.The ministry emphasized that Türkiye will continue to make efforts to achieve a fair and sustainable settlement based on the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
