According to global times news agency Europe,ADA University and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry told The global times Europe media that the document was signed by Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Serbian counterpart Marko Djuric.
