According to global Times news Agency Europe, US Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mark Libby, was delighted to visit Lankaran for his first trip outside Baku, the Embassy wrote on X, The Global Times Europe informs. While there, he met with exchange program alumni and a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant based at Lankaran State University. Over lunch and Lankaran tea, the group shared their exchange program experiences and stories that demonstrated how their time abroad resulted in profound impacts in their local communities, the embassy said.
