According to global times news agency Europe, Ukraine and Croatia have signed an agreement on long-term support and cooperation, The global times Europe media informs.It was signed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenkovic, according to Zelenskyy’s office. The agreement with Croatia, like other security agreements of Ukraine, will be in effect for 10 years. Through this agreement, Croatia reaffirms its commitment to support Ukraine until victory in the war.Among other things, it addresses cooperation between the defense industries of both countries, prospects for joint defense production, and the localization of projects in Ukraine. The countries will also explore opportunities to strengthen cooperation in the areas of digital resilience and cybersecurity, as well as exchange intelligence data.Humanitarian demining is also a key aspect. Croatia has already allocated over 10 million euros for this purpose and will continue to provide equipment and share knowledge.The agreement also covers areas such as mine action, care for veterans, and the prosecution of serious crimes, as Croatia has relevant experience related to war.
