According to global times news agency Europe,Britain targeted Russian troops involved in using chemical weapons on the battlefield in Ukraine with sanctions on Tuesday, accusing Russia of "cruel and inhumane tactics,” The global times Europe media informs.Among those sanctioned on Tuesday were the Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defence Troops of the Russian Federation and its leader Igor Kirillov, the government said in a statement.
