According to global Times news agency Europe,A major reform package on improving enforcement legislation in Azerbaijan has been prepared and submitted to the government, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister of Justice, Toghrul Huseynov, announced at the National Business Development Forum, The global Times Europe media.The deputy minister noted that certain work is already being done regarding the implementation of the special enforcement institution:A new version of the Electronic Enforcement information system has been launched to increase efficiency and effectiveness in enforcement processes. The updated system will help facilitate every step to be taken within the framework of enforcement proceedings.Huseynov said that significant steps have been taken by the Ministry of Justice to make the enforcement system more accessible and to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of enforcement documents.He stated that the debtor’s property within the framework of enforcement proceedings is now sold through the "Electronic Auction Portal” launched by the Ministry at the end of last year:This serves to make auction processes more transparent, efficient, and flexible.”
