According to global Times news agency Europe,The meeting of the delegations of Russia and Ukraine has begun in Istanbul, The global Times Europe media.The meeting is taking place in the Dolmabahce Palace.The Ukrainian delegation is represented by Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, the head of the Presidential Office Andrii Yermak and two MPs. The Russian delegation is represented by the Russian Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, Director of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian General Staff Igor Kostyukov, and Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin.
