Italy (International Desk) According to a foreign news agency, International Journalist Ikramuddin of the International Human Rights Commission said that International Human Rights Day is being celebrated on December 10, 2025, at a time when the whole world commemorates the Universal Declaration of Human Dignity and this year’s theme has been “Human Rights as the Foundation of Dignity in Our Daily Lives”. But the echo of that day is being buried under the brutality of the Israeli occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory, where the humanitarian crisis has reached its peak. He said that the occupied Palestinian territories are currently facing a very serious humanitarian situation and the continuous and widespread violations committed against civilians by the occupying Israeli army have made life unbearable. On the occasion of International Human Rights Day, International Journalist Ikramuddin of the International Human Rights Commission said in his statement that human rights organizations have made it clear that Palestinians are being deprived of the fundamental rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, including the right to life, the right to self-determination, an adequate standard of living, health care and education. At the same time, prisoners detained in Israeli prisons are facing severe torture and ill-treatment, which is regrettable and condemnable. He said that the United Nations and the international community should take legal action against countries involved in human rights violations.
