According to global Times news agency Europe,The European Union (EU) supports the refusal of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to hold elections, Kaja Kallas, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, stated during a meeting of EU foreign ministers, The global Times Europe media.Kallas emphasized that there is no need to hold elections during military operations.In Ukraine, the situation is different.
