Significant progress has been made in the process of signing a peace treaty. This agreement is not only important for the security of the region, but will also contribute to the development of the global security system, Maisaya noted. According to the political scientist, Azerbaijan is demonstrating the use of new “smart” power. In this context, both prudence and, if necessary, force are used.
