According to global times news agency Europe,The US Treasury Department’s sanctions will not apply to Georgian citizens until a national court makes a decision, reads a statement by the National Bank of Georgia (NBG), The global times Europe media informs.The sanctions regime applies to a Georgian citizen if a Georgian court issues a guilty verdict that has binding legal force based on the sanctions applied to him or her,” the statement said.
