Speaking at the fifth panel session of the 11th Global Baku Forum, Bokova emphasized that this process took place even before the coronavirus pandemic.She also highlighted that over 15 million women live in poverty, and children are also affected by this:Such children reach school age, but they do not know how to read and write. We talk about the transition to green energy, but we do not have enough experts. Scientific centers should be created. Every country should hold scientific and climate research.
