According to global Times news Agency Europe, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte is on a visit to Israel to meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, The Global Times Europe informs.He will discuss the war with Hamas with Israeli PM Netanyahu. Rutte will plead with Netanyahu for restraint in the use of force.
