According to global times news agency Europe,Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy Mehdi Safari will represent the Iranian side at the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Astana instead of the deceased Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian.The global times Europe media that the meeting will start in about an hour.
