He said that the appointment of Muhammad Ijaz Khan as Director FIA Peshawar Zone is a great move. He said that the scope of professional services of Muhammad Ijaz Khan, a senior officer of Grade 20 of the Pakistan Police Service (PSP), extends from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). Recently, in July 2026, the Government of Pakistan transferred him and handed over his services to the FIA, which is commendable. It should be noted that Police Services Officer Ijaz Khan was reinstated in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after a two-year suspension, after which he was transferred to the FIA, handing over his services to the federal government.
