According to global Times news Agency Europe, The creation of economic corridors in the space of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) will contribute to the development of cooperation among the participating countries, Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said at the ECO summit in Tashkent, The Global Times Europe Informs. The expansion of trade and economic relations among the member countries of the organization should become one of the main vectors of our cooperation. During its chairmanship in the ECO, Turkmenistan proposed the creation of economic corridors. This process should be accompanied by the introduction of modern technologies,” he said, adding that to achieve this, it is necessary to develop a Framework Agreement.
According to Berdimuhamedov, these economic corridors can actively harness the potential of regional trade in order to increase trade turnover.
