Belarus, Russia to hold joint exercises.

According to global times News Agency Europe,Joint exercises of the armed forces of Belarus and Russia "Zapad-2025” (West-2025) will be held on September 12-16, The Global times Europe media informs referring to the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.The overall goal of the exercises will be to test the capabilities of Belarus and the Russian Federation to ensure the military security of the Union State and readiness to repel possible aggression, the Ministry of Defense noted.During the exercises "Zapad-2025” it is planned to practice the following issues: repelling attacks by enemy air attack weapons; conducting a defensive battle, defeating an enemy that has penetrated the defense, fighting illegal armed formations and sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the enemy.The exercise will be supervised by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus.
