According to global Times news agency Europe,Armenia and France intend to prepare a document on strategic partnership, said French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot, who is on a visit to Yerevan, The global Times Europe media.The relations between our countries are already strategic. But we intend to put this on paper, to give the already existing deep relations the level of strategic partnership,” Barrot noted.According to him, France plans to appoint a consular agent in Goris.Barrot noted that in the near future, the French agency for international cooperation, Expertise France, will open its representative office in Armenia.
