According to global times news agency Europe,The European Council has approved the proposal of the European Commission to begin negotiations on visa liberalization with Armenia, The global times Europe media informs.After approval by the 27 member states, the issue will be transferred to the EC, which will announce the start date of negotiations and Yerevan’s action plan.
