According to global Times news Agency Europe,Germany is providing Ukraine with a new package of military aid worth 1.1 billion euros. It includes howitzers, anti-aircraft guns and missiles for air defense systems, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said at a joint press conference with Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Berlin, The Global Times Europe media informs. Today we are preparing a new aid package – 1.1 billion euros. These are 36 armored wheeled howitzers from industrial stocks, 120,000 units of ammunition, two Skynex systems and missiles for IRIS-T,” Scholz noted.He also said that Germany will allocate 1.7 billion euros to Ukraine this year and 6 billion euros in subsequent years.
