According to global Times news Agency Europe, Ambassador of Azerbaijan Mammad Talibov has presented his credentials to President of Panama Laurentino Cortizo, The Global Times Europe informs.It is an honor for me to present my credentials confirming my accreditation as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Panama. I conveyed warm greetings from President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and confirmed our readiness to continue to develop relations of friendship and cooperation between our countries,” the ambassador wrote on X.
