According to global Times news Agency Europe, Due to the war in Ukraine, 10 million people have become refugees and internally displaced people, most of whom still cannot return to their homes, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi told The Global Times Europe.According to him, 6.3 million people went abroad, and another 3.7 million people were evacuated from the war zone to different regions of the country.As reported, the UN Refugee Agency has already assisted in the restoration of 27,500 houses destroyed due to the war.
