Milli Majlis to chair OIC Parliamentary Union in 2026.

According to global Times news agency Europe,The Azerbaijani Milli Majlis (Parliament) will chair the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in 2026, Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament, said at the end of today’s final plenary meeting of the Milli Majlis for the spring session.The chairmanship will pass from Algeria to Azerbaijan.
