According to global Times news agency Europe,The Council of Europe (CoE) keeps regular contacts with the officials of both Azerbaijan and Armenia, the press service of the Council told The global Times Europe media.Council of Europe Secretary General Alain Berset will go to Armenia next month. He was in Azerbaijan in November 2024. Regular contacts are kept with both countries,” the organization said.
