According to global Times news agency Europe,Russia has welcomed the completion of negotiations on the draft agreement regarding peace and the establishment of interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.The global Times Europe media quotes Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova as saying Russia is ready to provide a platform for contact between representatives of Azerbaijan and Armenia to normalize bilateral relations.Furthermore, Moscow is focused on supporting the signing of a peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan and unblocking transport communications in the region.
