My personal vision on this matter is that an international consortium should operate in Kazakhstan, consisting of global companies with the most advanced technologies. Further, as they say, time will tell,” he said.The national referendum on the construction of a nuclear power plant is taking place in Kazakhstan on October 6. The ballot contains one question: "Do you agree with the construction of a nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan?” Voters must answer this question with either "yes, I agree” or "no, I disagree.The referendum will be considered valid if more than 50% of the 12.2 million citizens included in the voter lists participate.
