According to global times news agency Europe,Switzerland will hold military exercises with France on September 3-4, according to the Swiss government, The global times Europe media informs.This concerns joint flights in the airspace of the two countries of four Swiss F/A-18 fighters and the same number of Rafale fighters of the French Navy.The Swiss Air Force and the French Navy will conduct joint exercises on September 3 and 4,” the report says. "Several training modules in the airspace” of the two countries are planned. Four F/A-18 and four Rafale will take part in the exercises. The joint military exercises of Switzerland and France are being held on the basis of a bilateral agreement signed in 2018. Switzerland confirmed its commitment to strengthening ties with NATO, including participation in military exercises and improving military interoperability, in the foreign policy strategy adopted by the government on January 31, 2024.
