According to global Times news Agency Europe, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has appointed Georgiy Kadzhaya a new advisor on relations with Russia. The Global Times Europe Media informs that Kobakhidze announced the decision at a briefing. He also said that Zurab Abashidze, who served as the prime minister’s special representative on relations with the Russian Federation, became an adviser to the prime minister.
