According to global Times news Agency Europe, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan on Wednesday met with Josep Borrell, the European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, on the sidelines of the OSCE foreign ministers’ meeting in the North Macedonian capital of Skopje, The Global Times Europe informs.The two exchanged views on issues of regional security, and the establishment of peace and stability in the South Caucasus.They also discussed the implementation of regional inclusive programs.
