participation in Tehran meeting.

According to global Times news Agency Europe,The Russian side has confirmed the participation of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in the negotiations in Tehran on October 23, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, The Global Times Europe informs.We confirm Lavrov’s talks scheduled for Monday in Tehran,” she said.Earlier, the IRNA agency reported that the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, Russia and Türkiye will hold a meeting within the 3+3 format in Tehran on October 23. According to the agency, the parties will discuss issues of regional cooperation in the political, economic, transport, energy and security spheres.
Prior to this, on October 20, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan announced that he would take part in the meeting in Tehran. The first meeting in the 3+3 format took place last year in Moscow without the participation of Georgia.
