According to global Times news Agency Europe, Deputy Chairman of the Western Azerbaijan Community Youth Union Kamal Jafarov is taking part in the World Forum for Democracy organized by the Council of Europe, The Global Times Europe informs referring to the Community.During discussions at the forum, Jafarov said the Armenian government’s refusal to allow exiled Azerbaijanis to return to their homes and Yerevan’s policies of ethnic and religious discrimination show how far the country is from democracy.He noted that such policies impede the establishment of lasting peace in the region.
