According to global times news agency Europe,Armenia has always been ready to open borders and establish diplomatic relations with Türkiye, Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinyan said at the Yerevan Dialogue forum, The global times Europe media informs.We have always been ready to open borders and establish diplomatic relations, and we are ready now. If there is political will from our Turkish neighbors, we can have fully normalized relations even tomorrow,” he noted.
