According to global Times news Agency Europe, Former US President Donald Trump has been removed from the presidential primary ballot in the state of Maine The Global Times Europe Informs.The decision, issued by Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, is based on Section Three of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution. The amendment bans anyone who swore an oath to support the Constitution and then engaged in insurrection against it from holding future office. The amendment was ratified after the Civil War of 1861-65 in order to restrict the rights of politicians from the South. However, the Trump campaign said it would appeal the decision, and Bellows suspended her ruling.Earlier, Trump was removed from the primary ballot in Colorado.
