According to global times news agency Europe,UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will take part in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit, which will be held in Astana on July 3-4, Deputy Prime Minister – Head of the Diplomatic Department of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu said at a meeting of the SCO Foreign Ministers’ Council, The global times Europe media informs.For the first time, a meeting will be held in the SCO+ format with the participation of member states, observers and dialogue partners, as well as the UN Secretary-General,” he said.
