ISLAMABAD:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan today held a productive meeting with Mr. Mohamed Yahya, United Nations Resident Coordinator in Pakistan, along with a delegation comprising Country Representatives of United Nations Development Programme, UN Women, United Nations Children’s Fund, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, and UNFPA.The meeting provided a valuable platform for an in-depth exchange of views on reform priorities within Pakistan’s justice sector and the evolving role of judicial institutions in strengthening governance, accountability, and public confidence in the rule of law. The Chief Justice shared his perspectives on ongoing reform interventions aimed at improving access to justice, enhancing institutional efficiency, and ensuring a justice system that is responsive, inclusive, and citizen-centric.
