Islamabad:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,Advocate High Court Syeda Rida E Batool has announced her candidacy for the position of **Finance Secretary, Islamabad High Court Bar Association (IHCBA) Election 2026–27, unveiling a manifesto focused on financial transparency, institutional strength, and inclusive representation of female lawyers in bar politics .Having served as Former President, Human Rights Council of Pakistan (Islamabad–Rawalpindi); Vice President, Association of International Lawyers – Islamabad Chapter; Co-Chairperson, Human Rights Protection & Monitoring Committee (IHCBA); Former Library Secretary Chairperson Al Qayam Law Associates and consultants and Free Legal Aid Society , she brings extensive leadership experience to the race.Batool has remained a strong advocate for female lawyers, contributing to the organization of the first Women’s Day at IHCBA and supporting the first International Law Conference and training sessions for female lawyers and law students under the supervision of senior members of the Bar.
