Medical Complex, satisfactory answers given to questions raised by citizens and staff
Peshawar:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,The sixth E-Kuli Kachehri was held at Hayatabad Medical Complex to promote public engagement, transparency and accountability, attended by Hospital Director Dr. Gulzar Ahmad Khan and Medical Director Dr. Khalid Khan. During the session, satisfactory answers were given to questions received from citizens, staff, and various social media channels.Questions were raised during the open forum regarding clinical practice regulations, hostel residential allotment, staff scale upgradation, eligibility criteria for technical posts, and the shortage and promotion of pharmacist staff. The hospital administration reviewed each question in detail and responded in light of the relevant rules and regulations, assuring that matters would be reviewed and appropriate action taken wherever necessary.In conclusion, the administration reiterated that complaints, feedback and suggestions from citizens and staff are heard on a priority basis and forwarded to the concerned departments for action, so that direct engagement between the public and the institution is made more effective, transparency and accountability are promoted, and the quality of health services continues to improve. It was stated that E-Kuli Kachehris will continue to be held regularly in the future to provide citizens and staff with an effective platform to present their issues and suggestions.
